About Wasm Tools

Free browser tools powered by WebAssembly — everything runs locally, nothing is uploaded.

How it works

  • WebAssembly first. Most tools are programs compiled to WebAssembly, running at near-native speed inside your browser.
  • Local by design. There is no backend that sees your files. The site is a static bundle of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .wasm binaries.
  • Independent tools. Each tool is a self-contained module with its own page, code, and build — adding a tool never affects the others.
  • CLI + AI-agent friendly. Many tools also ship as command-line versions in the wasm-tools-cli npm package, so you (or an AI agent) can run the same engines from a terminal: npx wasm-tools-cli json format file.json.

Technology

Every tool engine runs entirely in your browser. Site pages are static HTML generated at build time — there is no server that processes your files.
